Although most of my time is spent with people, making portraits, telling stories and capturing moments in different relationships, I also spend a fair amount of time in the kitchen, shooting and styling food. The kitchen is truly one of everyone’s favourite places to be, and the journey that food makes when it travels from farm to table is one of the best stories there is, since it’s something we all need every day to nourish our bodies.
Food nourishes our souls too, and I feel lucky to be able to help create healthy, traditional and whole food recipes for the Clean Program (and others as I’ve worked for years as a recipe ghostwriter/photographer) is incredibly satisfying. Especially focusing on local and seasonal ingredients and working with an awesome chef/friend: Frank Giglio of Three Lily Farm.
Here’s some of the work I do in the kitchen. . .
